Shipping / Delivery

 

Delivery in Australia

Free Shipping is offered on all retail orders Australia Wide. Deliveries will usually arrive in 2-5 working days, between 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Australia post will handle all domestic deliveries. Deliveries are sent via registered post and a signature is required. Should no one be present to receive the delivery, a card will be left instructing the receiver to pick up their item from a local post office. 

If you are in a rush to receive your purchase we can send it out via Express Mail for $9.90. Please select this postage option upon Checkout.

 Once your order has been shipped we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number for your delivery.

 

International Deliveries

We offer a $15 capped shipping rate on all International deliveries. Shipments are sent via Australia post and will usually take between 7-21 working days to arrive depending on length of time held at customs. Deliveries to New Zealand usually take 5-10 working days. Banjara cannot accept responsibility for any duties and taxes incurred where applied by your local customs. Please contact us if you require express delivery on your order.

Payment methods we offer are PayPal, Visa & Mastercard (Secured by GeoTrust).

 

To ensure your Visa & MasterCard purchases are paid for securely Banjara uses 256-bit encryption through GeoTrust to protect your details.

 

We are also able to offer payment via Paypal which offers security for buyers and sellers and is accepted in 190 countries and regions. PayPal supports a large number of credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club and EnRoute. In addition, cheque cards or debit cards with either a Visa or MasterCard logo are supported and treated just like a credit card, you can also select to pay for your purchases direct from your bank account when using PayPal.

Free 30 Day Return Policy – Australian Purchases

We want to you to enjoy your shopping experience with Banjara, should you want to return your purchase for any reason we will gladly offer you our Free 30 Day Return Policy on all purchases.

All goods should be returned in their original condition, packaging & unworn, with their original receipt or other relevant proof of purchase (invoice, bank statement or email confirmation from Banjara).

Please contact us to arrange the return of your purchase, we will send you a pre-paid return envelope which can be dropped off at any post office in Australia. If your item is returned at your expense without our pre-paid envelope we will be unable to refund for the shipping costs.

Exchange: If you would like to exchange your purchase for another piece, we will happily do this for you. If there is a difference in price the amount will be payable via a PayPal Invoice, Visa or MasterCard. Unfortunately we are unable to offer free postage on your replacement item, there will be a $10 postage charge for your replacement piece to be sent out.

Refunds: We are happy to offer you a refund for your return, provided the item is returned in its original condition, packaging, unworn & within 30 days of purchase date.

Prior to beginning any work, we will contact you with a quote of the cost and time necessary to make the repairs.
